There are many people who, like me, should wear glasses. Some wear glasses permanently, others only to read or to go to the cinema. In short, without glasses, our world is totally blurry.
For those people who have visual problems, tired eyes or dry
eyes, this list of some exercises will help them improve their eyesight.
These simple exercises will help you to have a rested view

Sit in a comfortable place and rub
your clean hands until you feel warm in the palms. Close your both eyes and
cover them with your both Palms, without pressing. And keep your nose is free
to breathe, but no light enters between your fingers. Imagine a deep darkness
and focus that darkness. Breathe slowly and deeply. Stay focused on that
darkness for about 3 minutes.

Close your eyes tightly for 3 or 5
seconds. Open them well for another 3 or 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 7 times.

Close your eyes and give them a
very gentle massage with your fingertips for 2 or 3 seconds. Press very gently
with three fingers of each hand on the upper eyelids. Repeat 5 times.

Sit relaxed Move your eyes
circularly clockwise 21 times. Then anti-clockwise another 21 times. Blinks a
few times between two exercises.

Grab a pencil or other object with
your hand and arm fully stretched. Move your hand slowly towards the nose and
follow the pencil or object with your eyes so that you always keep it focused. Repeat
between 7 and 21 times.

Look at a wall in front of you and
pretend that you are writing with your eyes, without moving your head. The
bigger you make the letters the better.

Focus on a distant object for a
few seconds and then, slowly, refocus your view on a nearby object (less than 30
centimeters) that is approximately on the same line or direction. Keep focusing
on the near object for a few seconds and focus on the distant object again. Repeat
up to 21 times.

If you work in front of the computer or in something that
you need to fix your eyes for a long time, you should do these Eye Exercises every
hour, at least the circular movements and approaches.
Remember that these exercises cannot substitute the adequate
medical or ophthalmological attention. Consult a professional before doing them
